Wee Cupcakes – Terms & Conditions

Order Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of payment. 

• Please note that all DEPOSITS are non-refundable. If full payment of the cake has been made 50% will be refunded. 
• All cancellations must be sent in writing via email or direct text message.

Order Changes
• Any changes to your order (flavours, quantities, themes, etc.) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll always try to accommodate last-minute changes, but they can’t be guaranteed. Please note that some changes are subject to charges. 

Pick-Up Times
• Your pick-up time will be confirmed during the week of your collection.
• Arriving Late: If you miss your scheduled pick-up time, we may not be able to release your order right away. An alternative time will need to be arranged, depending on availability.

Order Satisfaction
• By accepting your order at pick-up, you acknowledge that you are satisfied and that no further changes will be made.

Responsibility After Pick-Up or Delivery
• Once cakes leave our hands (via pick-up or delivery), Wee Cupcakes is no longer liable for any damage that may occur.
• If damage happens and you need assistance, we offer an emergency repair service (if possible) for an agreed-upon fee.

Design Variations
• We always aim to create cakes that reflect your ideas and inspiration, but small variations may occur for example:
If a specific decoration or topper is unavailable, we’ll make a suitable substitution to keep your order beautiful and on-theme. You will be notified of this change at the time of your order. 
• We do not COPY other baker’s exact designs but will always create something special that aligns with the theme of choice

Decorative Elements
• Some cake decorations (like toppers, flowers, or figurines) are non-edible and meant for decoration only.
• Please be aware that some items may include cocktail sticks, wires, or support dowels that should be removed before serving.

Refund Policy
• If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a picture. To consider a refund, cakes must be kept refrigerated and returned to us the next day (at the latest) 
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the condition of the returned product and the nature of the issue.

Allergen Disclaimer
• Our kitchen is nut free, however other ingredients outsourced maybe made in a factory that produces nuts. 

•All cakes are made in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, egg and other allergens are present. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free.

Agreement to Terms
• By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
